Natalia Naftalieva began her creative career as a costume designer by establishing her own Fashion Theater. She has collaborated with well-known Russian theater, dance and music groups.:

She dressed film, television and show business stars (Oleg Yankovsky, Mark Rudinstein, Lyubov Polishchuk, Yulia Menshova, Elena Zakharova, Olga Pogodina, Alexey Makarov, Lev Leshchenko, Tatiana Ovsienko, Ilya Legostaev).
